Jiuli District (simplified Chinese: 九里区; traditional Chinese: 九里區; pinyin: Jiǔlǐ Qū; literally: "nine lis") used to be a suburban of Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. Its seat was Jiuli Subdistrict, which is a part of Gulou District nowadays.

In 1965, the Mining District, Xuzhou was established with the sanction of the provincial government.

In 1995, the Mining District was renamed Jiuli District, because there is a mountain, Jiuli, in its region.

In 2010, its southeastern part, western part and the rest were merged into Gulou, Quanshan, Tongshan respectively, as a result of urbanization.
