Jisk'a Larqanku (Aymara larqa irrigation channel, anku tendon; nerve, Larqanku a mountain, "little Larqanku", Hispanicized spelling Iscailarjanco) is a 5,415-metre-high (17,766 ft) mountain in the Andes of southern Peru It is located in the Puno Region, El Collao Province, Santa Rosa District, and in the Tacna Region, Candarave Province, Candarave District. It is southwest of Lurisquta and southeast of Wisk'acha Lake. Jisk'a Larqanku lies northeast of Khankhawi, southwest of Panti Usu and south of Larqanku.

Jisk'a Larqanku (Iscarlaijanco) is also the name of an intermittent stream which originates west the mountain near Khankhawi. It flows to the south. Another stream named Larqanku (Larjanco) originates northwest of the mountain. It flows to Matasa River in the northwest.
