Jingang Town (simplified Chinese: 金刚镇; traditional Chinese: 金剛鎮; pinyin: Jingang Zhen) is an urban town in Liuyang City, Changsha City, Hunan Province, People's Republic of China. As of the 2000 census it had a population of 54,105 and an area of 79.9 square kilometers.

The town is divided into 7 villages and 3 communities, the following areas: Jinshi Community, Jinsheng Community, Limei Community, Shanhu Village, Shaluo Village, Dangui Village, Shiguang Village, Taizihu Village, Xingxing Village, and Nanyue Village (金市社区、金声社区和李畋社区，山虎村、沙螺村、丹桂村、石霜村、太子湖村、星星村和南岳村).
