James "Jim" Romagna (born 1970) is an American bodybuilder, and also a fitness model.

From 1989 to 1992 he studied English at Loras College. He also played football and ran track at Loras. After college, he was actively devoted to the game of rugby and martial arts, but soon began a bodybuilding career. After his debut in 1994, attended the above twenty-four competitions, including Musclemania and the Team Universe. In 2000, at the NPC Los Angeles Championships he was placed at third position as a drug-free competitor in a non-tested competition. On June 19, 2004, during the NPC Junior National Championships, he took fourteenth place.

In 2006 he appeared on the cover of the March issue of Muscle & Fitness magazine. Session repeated in June next year.

He currently lives in Dubuque, Iowa, where he is an instructor of Health Wellness and Recreation at the University of Dubuque. He's also a personal trainer, and writes columns for various sports magazines such as Muscle & Fitness. Natural Fit Inc. owner.

In the summer of 2010, Jim was interviewed by freelance writer Rod Labbe for Men's Workout magazine. The interview saw print in their November 2010 issue.
