James Hubert King (August 27, 1932 – February 23, 2015) was an outfielder for the Chicago Cubs (1955–56), St. Louis Cardinals (1957), San Francisco Giants (1958), Washington Senators (1961–67), Chicago White Sox (1967) and Cleveland Indians (1967).

In 11 seasons he played in 1,125 games and had 2,918 at bats, 374 runs, 699 hits, 112 doubles, 19 triples, 117 home runs, 401 RBI, 23 stolen bases, 363 walks, .240 batting average, .326 on-base percentage, .411 slugging percentage, 1,200 total bases, 11 sacrifice hits, 22 sacrifice flies and 35 intentional walks.

King was born in Elkins, Arkansas. After his retirement from baseball he returned to Arkansas and worked for the phone company. King died in Elkins at the age of 82 of undisclosed causes.
