James Patrick Barbieri (born September 15, 1941 in Schenectady, New York) is a former outfielder in Major League Baseball who played in 39 games for the Los Angeles Dodgers during the 1966 baseball season. He also played one season, 1970, in Japan with the Chunichi Dragons. He is one of only a few players in baseball history to win the Little League World Series (1954 Schenectady, New York) and appear in a major league World Series (1966, Los Angeles Dodgers).

He appeared as a pinch hitter for the Dodgers in the 1966 World Series.
