Jesza Poszony (born Imre Pozsonyi, also known as Emerico Pozsonyi) is a former Hungarian football manager who coached FC Barcelona during the 1924–25 season. In his only season running the first team he managed to win both competitions Barca participated in: the Spanish Cup and the Campeonat de Catalunya.

Pozsonyi started his career playing for Ujpest. He also played for the Hungarian national team

Despite his startling success, he decided to return to his beloved native Hungary. He was the coach of Ujpest FC between 1926 and 1928.
