Jennifer Lynn Hepner is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Great Falls, Montana who was named Miss Montana 2008.

She won the title of Miss Montana on June 14, 2008, when she received her crown from outgoing titleholder Kristen Mantooth. Her platform, "Beyond the Bell: After-school Programs for America's Youth," focused on using after-school programs to mentor young children. Her competition talent was belly-dancing. Hepner is a graduate of the University of Montana, with a degree in communications.

On January 3, 2009, Hepner was arrested by Bozeman police and charged with driving under the influence after being stopped for driving without headlights. She refused to submit to alcohol screening, breath or blood tests, and her license was seized and suspended. Hepner was allowed to participate in the Miss America 2009 pageant on January 24, 2009, however her Miss Montana duties were suspended from February 16 until the next Miss Montana, Brittany Wiser, was crowned on June 20, 2009. Hepner later reached a plea deal by which the DUI charge was dropped in exchange for her agreeing to plead guilty to a lesser charge of negligent endangerment. She was fined $1,085 and ordered to attend a victim's impact panel.
