Jennifer Berdahl

Jennifer Berdahl is a professor at the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, Canada. She holds the Professorship of Leadership Studies: Gender and Diversity distinguished professorship at the university. Berdahl was raised in Eugene, Oregon, Princeton, New Jersey, and Göttingen Germany and studied at the University of Illinois, where she received a Ph.D in social psychology. She has also held faculty positions at the University of California Berkeley and the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She specializes in research related to gender and diversity in the workplace.
