Jeff Moores was a professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1920s, and 1930s, playing at representative level for Rugby League XIII, and at club level for Western Suburbs Magpies (Reserve grade), Leeds, and York, as a centre, or stand-off/five-eighth, i.e. number 3 or 4, or 6.

International honours

Jeff Moores played right-centre, i.e. number 3, in Rugby League XIII's 25-18 victory over France at Headingley Rugby Stadium, Leeds on Wednesday 6 March 1935.
