Jeffrey Lorien (born September 19, 1972) is co-founder and CEO of Zhi Tea; a super-premium organic and Fair Trade loose-leaf tea company. Zhi was founded in early 2007 and is now a leading online specialty tea retailer and cherished Austin business. Corporate office, warehouse, and tea room/retail store are located in Austin, Texas.

Lorien is also an American musician known for playing lead guitar in the punk rock band Coffin Break from 1992 until the band's 1994 break-up. His recording contributions for Coffin Break included the Epitaph Records release Thirteen in 1992. Shortly after the break-up the following year, he formed his band Orange King which released an EP and 7" single before disbanding in 1997. In the last decade, Lorien has recorded and released several solo CDs, including the cult-favorite Elementals CD. Lorien has worked with many noteworthy Seattle musicians as guitarist, bassist, singer, arranger, and producer for and with Duff Mckagan, Dain Hudsen, Ben Ireland of Sky Cries Mary, the legendary singer/poet Roberto Valenza, Jason Finn of The Presidents of the United States of America, and many others. He has released several self-produced CDs on his Apollo Records label. He is known for his Jimmy Page-like approach to the guitar.
