Jean-Pierre Laflaquière (born August 18, 1947) is a French civil servant who served as High Commissioner in French Polynesia from September 3, 2012, to August 23, 2013. Laflaquière was appointed High Commissioner on August 1, 2012. His successor was Lionel Beffre.

Laflaquière previously served as the Prefect of French Guiana from 28 August 2006 to February 2009.
