Jay Paul Company is a privately held real estate development company based in San Francisco.
It has been building 181 Fremont Street since 2013, and on completion in 2016, it will be the second-tallest building in San Francisco. The 52-story skyscraper will have 404,000 square feet of office space and 74 apartments on the top 14 floors. It replaces a four-story building.
