Javed Khan is the chief executive of Barnardo's, the UK's largest children's charity Barnardo's, since 2014, having previously been chief executive of Victim Support.
Khan's parents emigrated from Kashmir, and he grew up in Birmingham, England. He took a degree in Mathematics from Birmingham City University, and trained to be a teacher.
