Jane Wilkinson was a 16th-century influential English Protestant.

Wilkinson was a widow, and one of the Marian exiles. Mary I of England arranged for eleven of the exiles to be arrested for sedition, including Wilkinson. She was a lady-in-waiting to Anne Boleyn, the second wife of Henry VIII. She died in Frankfurt, part of a community of English Protestant Marian exiles there, in 1557. She is commemorated in Foxe's Book of Martyrs.
