Air Vice-Marshal James Rowland Scarlett-Streatfield (1909 – 10 May 1945) was a Royal Air Force squadron commander and commander of No. 38 Group RAF during World War II. Following the German defeat, he was assigned the task of accepting the surrender of Nazi forces in Norway. While flying to Oslo, his aircraft crashed and Scarlett-Streatfield was killed.
