James Brown, or James Sawyer-Brown (born March 9, 1997) is an English footballer who plays Left Back and is currently out of contract.
Career
Born in Middlesbrough, England. Sawyer-Brown joined York City FC's academy at aged 13. Staying with the academy for three years, Brown was released by then academy manager Steve Torpey in February 2013. Following his exit, Brown soon joined Semi-Professional and Northern League side Thornaby FC under manager Neil Radigan in the following month. Following six months at Thornaby FC, Brown then joined division rivals and Semi-professional side Billingham Town FC in late October. However after only playing 4 games for the club, Brown exited the club in January 2014.
