James Parker Landis (July 20, 1843 – December 1, 1924) was a soldier in the Union Army and a Medal of Honor recipient for his role in the American Civil War.
Landis joined the army from Lewiston, Pennsylvania in August 1861, and became the regimental Chief Bugler of the 1st Pennsylvania Cavalry in May 1863. He was discharged in June 1865.
