Sir James F. (Francis) Reynolds, 4th Baronet (born 10 July 1971) is a British record producer, mix engineer and musician. He is the son of Sir David Reynolds, 3rd Baronet of Woolton, by his wife, Charlotte Baumgartner, and he succeeded his father in his titles in 2015 on the occasion of the third baronet's passing.

Reynolds has been in the music production and mixing business for over 15 years. During this time, Reynolds has mixed and produced songs for such artists as Tinie Tempah, Snoop Dogg, Gorillaz, Professor Green, The Saturdays, Tinchy Stryder, Pixie Lott, Artful Dodger, Selena Gomez, Super Mal.

In 2005, as one half of the British musical ensemble group Braund Reynolds, Reynolds released "Rocket (A Natural Gambler)", which became a Chart hit and the first single ever to have been the 'record of the week' for three BBC Radio 1 DJs at the same time

In 2006, Reynolds, with his friend and colleague Dobs Vye, established a British electronic pop group called Public Symphony, a group whose music has been compared, by the critics, to that of Massive Attack, Coldplay and Pink Floyd.
