James Cornelius van Miltenburg O.F.M. (14 September 1909, Harmelen, Netherlands - 10 March 1966) was the first Archbishop of Karachi, Pakistan from 1950 to 1958. He was also the Holy See's representative to the Pakistani government during this period.

He was ordained a Priest of the Order of Friars Minor on 31 Mar 1935. On 20 May 1948 he was appointed Bishop of Karachi. He was ordained Bishop on 3 Oct 1948. On 15 Jul 1950 he was appointed Archbishop of Karachi. When Fr. Joseph Cordeiro was appointed Archbishop of Karachi in 1958, he became Bishop of Hyderabad in Pakistan. He was also a Council Father at four sessions of the Second Vatican Council.
