James Arthur Chichester, Earl of Belfast (born 19 November 1990) is the eldest son of Patrick Chichester, 8th Marquess of Donegall. The heir apparent to the Marquessate of Donegall and its subsidiary titles, he was styled Viscount Chichester between 1990 and 2007. He was styled as Earl of Belfast in 2007. He was educated at Belhaven Hill School, Harrow School and Trinity College, Dublin. He is married to Oilbhe Cahill-Reid (born 1990), who is styled Countess of Belfast.
