Jagielnica [jaɡʲɛlˈnit͡sa] (German: Alt Jägel) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Przeworno, within Strzelin County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) east of Przeworno, 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Strzelin, and 56 kilometres (35 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 110. Named after another Jagielnica (Ukrainian: Ягільниця) in western Ukraine that was in Poland prior to 1939, by the people who moved from there to this former German territory after World War II.
