Ivan Aleksandrovich Belozertsev (Russian: Ива́н Алекса́ндрович Белозе́рцев; born September 15, 1958, Baranovo, Oryol Oblast) is Russian statesman and politician, governor of the Penza Oblast since September 21, 2015 (Acting Governor from 25 May 2015), was elected governor, winning in the first round elections 13 September 2015, gaining 86.04% (588,265) of the votes.
Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza Oblast in 2012-2015. The head of the Penza regional branch of the party United Russia in 2011-2015. Reserve Colonel.
