The Italian Union of Seventh-Day Adventist Christian Churches (Italian: Unione Italiana delle Chiese Cristiane Avventiste del Settimo Giorno) is an Italian Protestant denomination, which is part of the worldwide fellowship of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
As of 2014, the denomination includes about 140 local churches, 10,000 members and 15,000 supporters throughout Italy.
In 1986 the Union first signed an agreement with the Italian government, in accordance with article 8 of the Italian Constitution (which regulates the relations with religious minorities), and later signed three successive agreements. The latter of these agreements was made law in 2009.
