Isokyrö (Swedish: Storkyro) is a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Ostrobothnia region. The municipality has a population of 4,766 (31 March 2016) and covers an area of 354.13 square kilometres (136.73 sq mi) of which 2.79 km2 (1.08 sq mi) is water. The population density is 13.46 inhabitants per square kilometre (34.9/sq mi).
The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
