Islam in Equatorial Guinea

According to the U.S. State Department International Religious Freedom Report 2006, practitioners of Islam comprised less than 1 percent of the population of Equatorial Guinea. Adherents.com, however, estimates that Muslims make up anywhere from 1% to 25% of the population. Many Indians in the country are also Muslims. There is one Ahmadiyya mosque in the country.
