Iron Gate Private Wine Management is one of the largest Canadian wine storage companies. Iron Gate was founded by Canadian businessman and wine enthusiast Warren F. Porter. Iron Gate operates a 100,000+ bottle subterranean cellar and helps collectors buy and sell wines at various wine auctions such as Hart Davis Hart in Chicago, IL.

Warren F. Porter is considered an expert on wine storage as well as wine investment. Iron Gate was recently featured in Episode 2 of the television show Risky Business with W. Brett Wilson of Dragon's Den fame. Warren F. Porter was also featured on the Rogers Cable TV lifestyle show Daytime.

In 2006, Iron Gate acquired wine storage competitor Urban Cellars Inc. Also in 2006, Iron Gate launched the "bag-a-cork" initiative in cooperation with the Girl Guides of Canada.

In connection with wine auctioneer Stephen Ranger, Iron Gate runs wine auctions and other related events. In 2007, Iron Gate organized the largest private order wine tasting in Toronto and in 2011 put on the first ever wine auction in Ontario.

Iron Gate also operates two Toronto wine clubs.
