Mohammad Irfan Ahmed Rana (born 10 February 1968) is a former Pakistani cricketer. Rana was a right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm medium pace. He was born at Karachi, Sindh Province.
Rana made his first-class debut for Karachi Whites against Karachi Blues in 1989. The following season he made a single first-class appearance for Pakistan National Shipping Corporation against Pakistan International Airlines. During that same season, he played his third and final first-class match for Karachi Whites against Sargodha.
