The Ireland Women's rugby union team represents both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland in the rugby union.

History

Ireland won the 2013 Women's Six Nations Championship with a grand slam.

They created history when they defeated the Black Ferns 17-14 in the pool games of the 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup. They also finished in their highest ranking at the 2014 World Cup despite losing to France 18-25 in the third place play-off.

Ireland were champions in the 2015 Women's Six Nations Championship.
