Iota Microscopii (ι Mic) is a class F1IV (yellow-white subgiant) star in the constellation Microscopium. Its apparent magnitude is 5.11 and it is approximately 116 light years away based on parallax.
It has one companion, first observed in 1932, with a separation of 4.3" and a visual magnitude of 15.5.
