Iolaus sibella is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ituri), Uganda, western Kenya and Zambia. The habitat consists of forests.
The larvae feed on Globimetula braunii and Englerina woodfordioides.
