Ioannis Fountoulis (also Giannis, born 25 May 1988) is a Greek water polo player. He won a bronze medal at the 2015 World Championships and competed at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics. He has played for Greek powerhouse Olympiacos since 2009. He was named Most Valuable Player in Greece in the 2014/15 season by Nova Sports.
