The International Union of Police Associations (IUPA) is a North American trade union that represents law enforcement, corrections, and related support personnel.

According to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the IUPA solicits donations under a number of pseudonyms, including the "Florida Police and Troopers Association," the "Florida Police Officers Foundation," and the "National Police and Troopers Association" among others. Financial disclosures required by Florida law reveal that as of March 31, 2015 the IUPA's total revenue was $12,074,485, with expenses of $12,041,771. Only 18% ($2,140,293) of the IUPA's expenditures were allocated towards Program Services (i.e., the ostensible charitable purpose of the organization), while 75% ($9,077,391) was directed toward "Fundraising Expenses" and 7% ($824,087) went to "General and administrative expenses."
