International Film Institute (InFilm) is a company created by and for film fans that aims to provide movie lovers and professionals from anywhere in the world with the chance of visiting [Hollywood] and learning how the film and TV industries work and their history. Held in Los Angeles, especially in Hollywood, the programs generally run four or five days. These may include conversations and speeches with executives and experts from the movie industry, visits to specialized companies, studios, locations, movie sets and historical movie industry locations. Examples of those visits are from cutting-edge special effects studios, to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and its Margaret Herrick Library, to Warner Brothers studios, Sony Pictures, the American Film Institute and Los Angeles Film School.
