The International Federation of Hard of Hearing People (IFHOH), "is an international, non-governmental organization, representing the interests of more than 300 million Hard Of Hearing (HOH) people world wide." These people include deafened adults and people who have cochlear implants.
IFHOH is registered as both a charitable organization and an International Non-Governmental Organization. It has about 40 members who are national HOH and deaf organizations. IFHOH works with the UN, World Health Organization, IDA and other international organizations.
