The International Academy of Creative Endeavors was founded in 1992 in Moscow by Dr. Georgy Gladyshev "as an internationally orientated body embracing science, the arts and social issues in keeping with the principles of progressive academies of the world. As a new initiative in the field of science and the arts, the Academy of Creative Endeavors enhances and promotes various human activities on the basis of creative contributions by its members to scientific and social enterprises in their respective areas."
