The Interlake is a sloop rigged sailing dinghy popular in the Midwest United States for one-design racing. The boat originates from the Sandusky Sailing Club, who in 1933 commissioned Francis Sweisguth, designer of the Star, to design a boat for the waters of Lake Erie and Sandusky Bay.
