Interactive Financial Exchange (IFX) is an XML specification for financial transactions such as bill presentment and payment, business to business and consumer to business banking (e.g.: balances, financial transaction information), payments and automated teller machine (ATM) communications.

It is being developed and maintained by a consortium of individuals representing financial and information technology companies.

IFX Interop Tools

  • Mapjects supports Interop across various IFX, Interactive Financial eXchange and provides financial transaction support with various LOB and financial features for government non profit and SMB commerce. Mapjects is a schema embedded transactions system, so the distributed systems are schema-independent. One benefit of the system is isolated user data from financial data, which is native and PCI auto-compliant for budget and card information.
