Interaction value analysis is an approach to modeling organizations using one-on-one interactions between members of the organization as a proxy for all value-adding activities in the organization. This approach can be(and has been) combined with game theory and to suggest how managers can identify situations where the organization would benefit from having employees control their own interactions.
