Indianapolis City Market

The Indianapolis City Market is a historic public market located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was founded in 1821 and in 1886 was officially opened in its current facility. The market building is a one-story, rectangular brick building trimmed in limestone. It as a front gable center section flanked by square towers. The Indianapolis City Market also played host for some events for the Super Bowl 2012 in Indianapolis.

The city market was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
