All together 30 teams (boys & Girls) participated. In boys section Haryana defeated Karbataka in finals in straight sets. Tamil Nadu boys finished third whereas Goa Boys Finished 4th.
In the Girls event Goa Girls showed great performance under the guidance of their coach Mr. Abdul Sadic Beg to clinch the girls championship. They defeated Haryana in a thriller three-set match to win the championship. After losing the first set to haryana, Goa Girls gave their best to take away remaining two sets from Haryana. Meanwhile, Goa Coach Mr. Abdul Sadic Beg has been appointed as India Girls team coach which will be taking part in Asian youth championship in COLOMBO Sri-Lanka in July 2010.
