Immigrant Culture and Art Association (ICAA) is a not for profit organization located in Hamilton, Ontario Canada which provides programs and services in communities to introduce, promote and preserve the cultural and artistic expressions, experiences and abilities of immigrants to enrich Canadian society.

ICAA was founded on February 26, 2002 by Afghan-Canadian artist Yar M. Taraky, Anne Remeguire a French Canadian immigrant, and a number of cultural figures in Hamilton. ICAA's programs include: art education, artist mentoring, artist profiling, and the organization of art shows and exhibits. The focus of the organization is the successful integration of cultural professionals into the Canadian society.
