Ilton Wjuniski (born June 22, 1960) is a Brazilian-born French harpsichordist.

Wjuniski was born in São Paulo, Brazil. He studied piano and harpsichord in São Paulo, and at the age of 18 he went to Paris to work with prominent French harpsichordist Huguette Dreyfus and with Canadian harpsichordist Kenneth Gilbert. He studied at the Conservatoire de Paris, where he won four premiers prix: Harpsichord and Basso Continuo (1981), Chamber Music (1982), Music History (1983), and Aesthetics (1986).

He won 2nd Prize at the International Competition of Edinburgh (1982), 2nd Prize and Special Continuo Prize at the Paris International Competition (1983), and the Unanimous 1st Prize at the Pro Musicis International Award in New York (1983).

Currently, Ilton Wjuniski is professor in the Municipal Conservatory, 17th arrondissement, of Paris.

Since 1985, Wjuniski has performed worldwide, and regularly plays in a duo with flutist Michael Faust. He also plays clavichord (Middle Ages, Renaissance, Baroque, and Classical) and organ (Iberian and Italian music of the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries).
