The 21st Congressional District of Illinois was a congressional district for the United States House of Representatives in Illinois. It was eliminated as a result of the 1990 Census. It was last represented by Jerry Costello who was redistricted into the 12th District.

As of May 2015, one former member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Illinois's 21st congressional district is alive. The most recent representative to die was Kenneth J. Gray (1963-1973) on July 12, 2014. The most recently serving representative to die was Charles Melvin Price (1983-1988), who died in office on April 22, 1988.
