Idiophantis lomatographa is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Bradley in 1962. It is found on the New Hebrides.
The wingspan is about 14 mm. The forewings are drab, with the costal edge paler and the markings confined to the distal area. There is an obtusely bent greyish white blackish-edged subterminal streak, thickened and pure white at the costa, preceded by an orange streak thinly edged blackish. The area distad of the subterminal streak is orange on the upper half and pale apricot yellow on the lower half. There is also a thick plumbeous streak along the costa towards the apex and a large mixed drab and black circular marking at the middle of the termen, a similar dash above in the deep excavation beneath the apical prominence, a third dash below a little before mid-way to tornus reaching inward from the termen to the middle of the yellow blotch. The hindwings are greyish, but whitish around the apex.
