The album features "You Know You're Right", first released on the band's 2002 greatest hits album, Nirvana, as well as the four singles from the band's 1991 breakthrough album Nevermind ("Smells Like Teen Spirit", "Come as You Are", "Lithium", "In Bloom") and three singles from their 1993 follow-up album In Utero ("Heart-Shaped Box", "Pennyroyal Tea", "Rape Me"), plus one album track from In Utero ("Dumb").
