Ian Raymond Causley (born 19 October 1940) is an Australian politician. He was a Nationals member of the Australian House of Representatives, representing the Division of Page, New South Wales from 1996 to 2007.

Causley was born in Maclean, New South Wales, and was a farmer and company director before entering politics. He was president of the Clarence River Cane Growers' Association and a member of the New South Wales Cane Growers' Council.

Causley was the member for Clarence in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1984 to 1996. He was Minister for Natural Resources 1988–90 and 1991–93, Minister for Water Resources 1990–91, Chief Secretary 1990–91, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries 1993–95 and Minister for Mines 1993–95.

In the federal parliament, Causley was Deputy Speaker from February 2002 to November 2007.

Causley retired at the 2007 election.
