I Like Music is an Online music service provider. Operating in both B2C and B2B markets, I Like Music are owners of one of the world’s most comprehensive and complete music libraries consisting of over 3 million songs stored physically and digitally (the Phil Swern collection).

The online music magazine I Like Music was launched in 2001 by a small team of young people who like music, for others who like music, as an independent alternative to the plethora of corporate-run sites. I Like Music has grown 100% organically and retains full independence despite its hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors.

I Like Music covers a variety of music genres and runs music news, playlists, features, photos, videos and more. The magazine has become well known for conducting in-depth artist interviews, with an archive of over 750. In partnership with The Official Charts Company, I Like Music is the only place online where you can stream the entire UK Top 40 singles chart. The magazine also features the popular Post Playlist, a 20 track playlist of the best new music sent into the site put together by the magazine's Editor Kim Hillyard.

In 2006, 2007 and 2008 ilikemusic.com was nominated for Best Music Magazine at the BT Digital Music Awards or DMAs. The award ceremony takes place at the Camden Roundhouse, London. In 2007 ilikemusic.com won the BT Essence of Entrepreneur Award. World-famous photographer, Perou, (who’s taken shots of David Beckham, Marilyn Manson and U2, to name a few) photographed the founders for an exhibition on London’s South Bank on November 13, 2007.

In 2010 I Like Music won 'Best Young People's Website' at Hampshire County Council's Hantsweb Awards. In 2010 I Like Music also won Silver in the Digital Magazine Awards, judged by Quark’s Vice President of Marketing Gavin Drake; Microsoft's Executive Producer, Peter Bale; Telegraph Media Group’s Technology Editor, Shane Richmond and WIRED Magazine Editor, David Rowan.
