IDI Insurance ("Israel Direct Insurance") (Hebrew: איי.די.איי חברה לביטוח, ai.di.ai chevrá l'vitúach) is an insurance and financial services company in Israel. The company was founded in 1994 by Joshua Agassi, and it was the first insurance company in Israel to sell services only over the phone. The company corporate headquarters are located in Petah Tikva, and it also has offices in Tel Aviv.
IDI operates under the consumer brands Bituach Yashir (Hebrew: ביטוח ישיר, "direct insurance") and 9,000,000 (Hebrew: תשעה מיליון, tish‘a milyon).
In 2009 the company won first place in the IMC Awards of Excellence in two categories: first place in the category of customer service network as a strategic business partner and first prize in professionalism and innovation in customer service.
