Hypodoxa emiliaria is a moth of the Geometridae family. It is found in Australia, New Guinea and on the Solomon Islands.
The wingspan is about 40 mm. Adults are variable in colour, but are usually grey with patterned bands of darker grey across the wings. The undersides are bright yellow with broad brown margins, white patches, and a dark spot near the center of the wing.
The larvae feed on the foliage of Eucalyptus species. They are thin green loopers.
